Lost to CHS on Thursday 17-6. Quite a hard and striking number, yeah, but CHS is a sick team, whom which I have much respect for. I injured myself yet again on a layout D, and now my right quad feels like someone charlie horsed me with a mallet. I have to start taking care of myself, or I'm going to break something before states, and/or YCC.
Sectionals next weekend. My prediction? Princeton or Rutgers taking it, which makes me realize exactly how weak this section is. Makes me wonder what level of Ultimate I'll be playing when I get to college.

heaven forbid you should play for rutgers
Nunez thinks that in two years, with Declan, Josh, and possibly Isaac Saul, Rutgers might actually make some noise.
We're building a program. It takes dedication, talent, and time. We have the first, are building the second, and working as hard as possible in spite of the third.
Rutgers will be a good team in the metro east. I have a feeling you will see them not only back at regionals but maybe among the top of the metro east!
You may also see some of the better younger guys getting healthy let's not forget they did not have Alex (injured), the tall kid from middletown, plus they are getting two solid throwers with Josh and Declan.
That's the type of noise I am talking about......B Li go to RU if you want to be a sick receiver.
