This boy is out of shape. Pretty disappointed with my level of play today. My throws felt alright, but today's focus was defense so I'm gonna say I played pretty badly. My mark needs to get a lot lower and active, and the problem I've had for the past 3 years is still there. Skying.
I plan to work a lot harder these next couple of weeks so I can get back into shape. Subscribing for the gym, doing some weight workouts, and the usual running and plyos.
