Nobody went to the gym with me today :[
So I worked out at home
Bench Press
115 lbs - 6x3
Incline Bench Press
85 lbs - 12x3 (wtf how come I can do these at home but not at the gym)
Skullcrushers
50 lbs - 10x3
Squats
150 lbs - 12x3 (seriously, I put on ALL the weights that I own...haha, meaning I only own like 100 something lbs not including the bar)
Calf Raises
30x3 per leg
Practice after school tomorrow, and long weekend after. Going to Soho on Thursday, church retreat on Friday. Life ain't all about ultimate, you know.

Well I would have, but when I called you, you didn't pick up and I didn't see your car parked. So I went home.
If you don't own enough weight to do squats, then do one-legged squats. Pistol squats are a wonderful, terrible invention.
