1 push up. FAIL.
Tris and chest hurt for like 20 minutes and couldn't lift them
Seated Dip
80 lbs 15x1
90 lbs 12x2
I know it doesn't seem like a lot but that burn out was incredible.
Spring season on monday. Predicting hill sprints and long runs.
