Box Squats

One Legged Box Squats
35 lbs - 10x3

Weighted Calf Raises
200 lbs - 15x3

Chest and Tris
BURN OUT
105 lbs until failure
85 lbs until failure
65 lbs until failure
45 lbs until failure
1 push up. FAIL.

Tris and chest hurt for like 20 minutes and couldn't lift them

Seated Dip
80 lbs 15x1
90 lbs 12x2

I know it doesn't seem like a lot but that burn out was incredible.

Spring season on monday. Predicting hill sprints and long runs.
